Gants Hill
The Valentine, Gants Hill is a purpose built student accommodation development with 321 student accommodation units in a T shaped block with courtyard gardens. It ranges in height from 3 storeys to 10 storeys and includes 269sqm of flexible communal space; cinema and gaming rooms, gym, private study rooms, large communal area with kitchen bar area and more.
Built using the modular system with an external brick skin attached to the pod. The build was brickwork with intricate piers in alternate bricks all built in white mortar.
We also installed all the stone bands, copings and portico to the front entrance. All substructure work was undertaken as well as a large amount of blockwork internally to the basement and ground floor.
