A 13 storey, 257 room student housing scheme consisting of a range of cluster and studio apartments, and a range of communal facilities such as a gym, study areas, cinema room and laundry room.
Built using the modular system with an external brick skin attached to the pod. The build was brickwork with alternate brick recessed panels all built in white mortar with large piers to the ground floor. We also installed all the stone thresholds.
All substructure work was undertaken as well as a large amount of blockwork internally to the ground floor.
The programme was very aggressive but again was completed on time.
